Visit&Visa

Conference participants may need a visa to enter Thailand. Specifically, those who are not Thai citizens may need to apply for a visa depending on their nationality. Thailand offers visa exemption / visa on arrival for passport holders of many countries for short stays; participants should check the latest entry requirements with the Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate in their country or region. To avoid uncertainty, participants are advised to apply for a visa as early as possible, preferably at least 1 month in advance.

Visa for Phuket, Thailand

»A passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry, with a blank page available for the visa/stamp;
»A completed visa application form with true and complete information;
»A recent passport-size photo;
»Proof of onward/return travel and sufficient funds for the duration of stay;
»Other materials required by the Thai embassy or consulate for your purpose of visit.

Participants may also ask their travel agents to arrange travel and obtain the appropriate visa. If you have any difficulties obtaining a visa, please contact the Conference Secretariat.

Invitation Letter

Please note PRML 2027 is not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Notification of Acceptance Letter and Invitation Letter issued by the organizing committee.
* Invitation letter will only be issued upon request after successful registration.

NOTICE: Should your application be denied, the organizing committee cannot change the decision of the visa officer, nor will PRML 2027 engage in discussion or correspondence with the visa application center on behalf of the applicant. The registration fee CANNOT be refunded when the VISA application of the individual is denied.
