Requirements for Submissions
English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented in English only.
2. Academic Ethics
Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Any act of plagiarism is unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1). Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2). Report the author's violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3). Report the author's violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4). Reserve the right to publish the authors' name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”
1. BEST PRESENTATION AWARD
One Best Oral/Poster Presentation will be selected from each session.
2. BEST PAPER AWARD
The Conference Committee will select one best paper among all accepted papers to grant Best Paper Award with 1000 CNY per paper as the bonus.
3. BEST STUDENT PAPER AWARD
The Conference Committee will select one best student paper among all accepted papers to grant Best Student Paper Award with 1000 CNY per paper as the bonus.
Formatting and Paper Length Limitation
For those who want to do presentation only without paper publication, abstracts can be prepared according to the following template:
** Papers should be submitted electronically in pdf or word format and should be 5-8 pages including all figures, tables, and references. If the paper is more than 8 pages, additional pages will be charged.

The papers can be submitted through Electronic Submission System or conference email box: email@example.com. The paper ID will be assigned within 2 working days after your submission.
